Two storey side and rear extension
For this project, the client had purchased a home with the aim of extending it for their growing family. They sought quite an ambitious enlargement with a two storey wrap around extension. This allowed them to add in an extra bedroom to the first floor, as well as a modern, open plan kitchen and living area to the ground floor.
Loft conversion and single storey rear extension
The aim for this project was to make the most of the allowances available within permitted development rights. Part of this included the hip-top-gable loft extension and dormer window to the rear to add an additional storey to this bungalow. The ground floor extension allowed for a larger and more modern kitchen.
New build development:
This project was on behalf of a local housebuilder who sought to purchase a plot of land containing a large, detached dwelling and redeveloping the land to provide 9 new flats. This was a particularly challenging application due to the site being located within a conservation area, as well as having local biodiversity challenges in the form of protected trees and habitats.
